Brazilian Zouk Group Classes in Montreal

Our Class Programs

We’ve structured the essential concepts of Brazilian Zouk into four progressive levels (FUNDAMENTALS, INTER 1,
INTER 2, ADVANCED), each running over a 10-week session (except during the summer, where we have a 9-week session for our Fundamentals class only). We believe that the material covered in the first three levels is essential for you to confidently integrate and build upon for our next level (ADVANCED).

A Summer Dancing to the Rhythm of Brazilian Zouk

This summer, we’re offering two classes along with one ZEM Social in July and one La Onda social per month, all on Saturdays. On Mondays from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., our FUNDAMENTALS class will help you develop body awareness, master rhythm, and sync your movements with your partner within the framework of Brazilian Zouk. At 8:30 p.m., the Flashmob 2025 class invites you to learn a choreography by Ale & Victoria, which we will film together on September 20th for the International Brazilian Zouk Day. This project is open to everyone and is offered at an accessible rate, with only studio fees to cover.

And in August, don’t miss our ZEM Festival, a festive weekend to dive into the world of Brazilian Zouk and dance with the community! Come move and have fun with us all summer long!

    • Safe & conscious body movements for the spine and neck

    • Body awareness with undulations (waves) & isolations

    • Build balance & stability with linear off-axis movements

    • Weight transfer & grounding

    • Flexibility, mobility and fluidity with upper and lower body creating smoother transitions

    *Prerequisite: having completed our Fundamentals course or its equivalent

    • Mobility and flexibility in rotation

    • Expand on intermediate concepts & movements vocabulary

    *Prerequisite: having completed our Inter 1 course or its equivalent

Pricing & Registration

Each 10-week session is offered at $175.00 + tax. Spots are limited to 10 students per class (5 leaders and 5 followers) to support effective learning for everyone.

If you’d like to attend a single drop-in class, please contact us in advance to confirm availability. Drop-in rate will increase to 30$ (taxes included) starting from our Fall 2025 session (rate is currently at 25$, taxes included).
