Brazilian Zouk Group Classes in Montreal

This SPRING, dance to the Rhythm of Brazilian Zouk !

No matter the temperature outside, we’ll be there this spring to offer the four progressive levels of our regular session of group classes:

• On Wednesdays, from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m., and on Tuesdays, from 8:00 to 9:15 p.m., our FUNDAMENTALS class will help you develop body awareness, understand rhythm in Brazilian zouk, and sync your movements with those of your partner.

• On Mondays, from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m., our INTER 1 class will allow you to explore upper and lower body undulations (waves) and isolations in a safe and conscious way, while building balance and stability.

• On Wednesdays, from 8:30 to 9:45 p.m., our INTER 2 class will allow you to explore your mobility and flexibility in upper and lower body isolations with rotation, while refining your balance, frame and connection with your partner.

• On Mondays, from 8:30 to 9:45 p.m., our ADVANCED class will help you work on your transitions and travelings by combining and deepening the concepts explored in all 3 previous levels, while refining your technique and connection.

  To allow you to put into practice the concepts seen in class, each month, we’ll continue to offer one ZEM social at Station Clark and one collaboration with La Onda social (EDA).
